General Terms and Conditions of Sensation Company

§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions


(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

§2 Formation of Contract, Storage of Contract Text


(1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed via our online shop at https://www.madebysensation.de/.

(2) In the event of the conclusion of the contract, the contract is concluded with

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contract offer on our part, but is only an invitation to the consumer to place an order. By placing an order for the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.


(4) When an order is placed in our online shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer makes a binding contract offer by successfully completing the order process provided in our online shop.

The order process includes the following steps:

1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Confirmation by clicking the "Order" button
3) Review of the information in the shopping cart
4) Clicking the "Checkout" button
5) Logging into the online shop after registration and entering login details (email address and password).
6) Review and correction of the entered data, if necessary.
7) Binding submission of the order by clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" or "Buy" button

The consumer can return to the webpage where the customer's information is recorded and correct input errors before submitting the binding order by clicking the "Back" button in their internet browser or cancel the order process by closing the internet browser. We confirm the receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated email ("Order Confirmation"). With this, we accept your offer.

(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online shop: We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by email. You can view the terms and conditions at any time at https://www.madebysensation.de/AGB. You can view your past orders in our customer area under "My Account" --> "My Orders."

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date


(1) The prices listed include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. Additional shipping costs may apply.

(2) The consumer has the option of payment by direct debit, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

**§4 Delivery**


(1) Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for shipment. Delivery will be made within 5 working days at the latest, unless a different period is specified in the product description. The deadline for delivery begins in the case of payment in advance on the day after the payment order is placed with the transferring bank, and for all other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods sold shall also pass to the buyer in the case of a mail-order purchase upon delivery of the item to the buyer.

§5 Retention of Title


We reserve ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which, however, is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day deadline.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
